E-Design can be a perfect option for clients who want quick design solutions for their space, but don't have the time or budget to commit to a full-service interior design project.

WHAT IS E-DESIGN?

E-Design is a process where we work with clients virtually to develop interior design solutions for their home.  E-Design is a great option for people who want interior design solutions that they can incorporate quickly and don’t mind taking on some of the work themselves.  

 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

PRE-DESIGN phase

INTRODUCTIONS!

  • We will meet with you at your home so you can tell us about yourself and we can see your space. This is the part where we learn about your project goals, likes and dislikes, and preferences.

  • Fill out our design questionnaire and let us know about your project, style, and budget. Please note, we require full payment before we begin the Design phase.

THE SPACE

  • We will professionally measure and take photos of the spaces you would like to work on in your e-Design project.

THE LOOK

  • Start a project Pinterest board with sections for each room you would like to design. Add at least 5 inspiration images to each room to help your designer get an idea of the look you are going for.

MEETINGS

  • We will provide two virtual meetings via Zoom to review your design.

    • Meeting #1: Virtual meeting to review our design presentation with you.

    • Meeting #2: Virtual meeting to review your design presentation, incorporating all of your requested revisions.

    • REVISIONS: We allow one round of revisions following the first virtual design presentation meeting. We ask that you share all of your input at one time so that we can make edits as efficiently as possible. Any additional revisions will be billed at as an additional service fee at our regular hourly rate.

PLANS + 3D PERSPECTIVES

  • We will draw a suggested floor plan for your room. This plan will include a key for each furniture piece, including existing pieces that you would like incorporated into the design. We will include 3D perspectives of your plan to help you visualize our suggestions for your room.

FURNITURE & ACCESSORIES SELECTIONS

  • Once you have a plan you love, we will provide selections for shoppable pieces of furniture, art, and accessories to create the new look for your space.

  • We will provide you with a shopping list, including shop links for all of the items included in your design.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST & WHAT WILL I GET?

The e-Design fee for each room you would like to have designed is $2,100.00.  A room is considered a space that is 150 square feet or less.  Each additional square foot will be charged at $14/sqft.

E-DESIGN DELIVERABLES FOR EACH SPACE:

  • MEASUREMENTS: Professional measurements of each room in your project.

  • MEETINGS: Two virtual design meetings via Zoom.

  • DESIGN PRESENTATION: Includes a floor plan, 3D perspectives, and a mood board for each room in your project.

  • SHOPPING LIST: Shopping list created in our project management software, including shop links for all items included in each room design.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

  • PROCUREMENT: Placing orders, tracking orders, or resolving deficiencies.

  • DELIVERY & INSTALLATION: Installation and assembly of items ordered. Disposal of packaging for orders. Corresponding with any trades or installers.

  • SAMPLES: Ordering or providing materials samples for any items suggested for your design.

  • More than one round of revisions to design.
