Studio SQUIRE has carefully refined its approach to keep each project organized, collaborative, and moving forward smoothly from the first conversation to final touches. Our approach begins with discovery and consultation, during which we learn about your objectives, style, routine, and your space's needs before defining the project scope and establishing a clear direction.
From there, we move into conceptual and detailed design, refining layouts, selecting materials and finishes, developing drawings, and coordinating purchases. As the project moves into construction, our team remains actively involved through site visits and ongoing oversight to ensure everything is carried out as intended.

Studio SQUIRE is led by Michelle Squire, who brings over two decades of experience in residential and commercial interior design to clients in Marin County. Michelle has worked with many leading technology companies, including Apple, Oracle, and SAP, and her expertise in large-scale projects has helped shape the studio's meticulous, detail-oriented approach. Michelle is joined by Design Assistant Maddie Bohling, who capably supports her through material sourcing, procurement, project coordination, and design documentation.
Together, they are your trusted partners in interior design, offering clear communication, technical expertise, and hands-on involvement for renovations and new construction. Michelle and Maddie coordinate closely with architects, contractors, engineers, and other trusted professionals to keep decisions aligned with the overall vision and important details on track. Their goal is to create a home or business that feels stunningly considered and uniquely yours.
